Chuck: Route 66 ride scheduled for June 7&8 has been cancelled for now. Will be announced at a later date. Replaced this ride with a ride to Williams on June 7, 2025. TC’s anniversary ride on May 17, 2025 to Prescott turn out was great. All that attended had a great time up at Jersey Lilly’s Saloon. We recently had a member go down on his bike and was injured but is recovering. Don Jordan (DJ) passed out on his bike and crashed but is recovering and is up and around.

DW: May 24, 2025 Members Open House, Larry & Colleen will be cooking in the Cook Shack. May 31, 2025 Harley”s After Dark with Biker Bingo. June 14, 2025 Barks & BBQ June 28 Harley’s and Hoagies Ride 365: we are #37. Top riders are Doug Warren, Tom White, Lee Hahn. Let’s Ride Challenge: It is a little complicated to get started but we encourage everyone to join. Discover Arizona Patch will be presented to all that do all of the challenge rides at the end of the year. New website and HOG Scan, all emails went out, everyone should check their junk mail and sign up for HOG Scan. We will stop using FB at the end of this year. Everyone is invited to attend West Coast Thunder in Riverside, CA May 26,2025. TC’s charity ride for Community Bridges is May 25, 2025. Went over calendar events and rides for June.

Paul: $7850.00 is currently in the account.

Tom: We have 68 active members. Mike T. won $25 GC for Discover AZ.

Terry: Gave a presentation for summer riding. Went over symptoms of heat stroke And what to do even if you are over heated. Encouraged everyone to use cool vest, cool towel, doo rag, neck gaiter.

Erin: Gave us a history of Bartlett Lake since we have a ride scheduled to go there on May 31, 2025. She presented Rodney with a patch for riding on the back of the bike at Demo Days, his nick name is Back Pack.

Clem: Made the announcement about To Broke for Sturgis will be held at Grand Canyon Caverns on June 16-29, 2025.
